Remote Sales Transaction Cancellation Policy

Marketing Stage Disclosure
At the time of marketing, the business is required to disclose the following (among other things):

At the Time of Transaction
The business must provide the consumer with a contract or full disclosure form no later than the day the product or service is delivered, including all material details such as:

Manufacturer name and country of origin

Warranty terms and any additional relevant conditions
Consumer Right to Cancel
Product Purchase: Within 14 days of receiving the product or the contract/disclosure form – whichever is later.
Ongoing Service: Within 14 days of the transaction or receiving the disclosure – whichever is later, regardless of whether service has started.
One-time Service: Within 14 days, as long as cancellation is made at least 2 business days (not rest days) before the service is rendered.
How to Cancel
A consumer may cancel a transaction via:

Phone or in-person (unless the law requires written cancellation)

Fax (if available)

Internet (for online purchases)

Extended Cancellation Period
Consumers who are elderly, disabled, or new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, provided there was continuous contact (phone or chat) with the seller. The seller may request relevant documentation.
Refund Terms
If canceled due to a defect, delay in delivery, or breach, the business must:

Refund in full within 14 days

Collect the product from the consumer

Not charge any cancellation fees
If canceled for any other reason, the consumer must:

Return the product at their own expense

May be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower

The return of the item is not a condition for the right to cancel
Non-Cancellable Transactions
You may not cancel in the following cases:

Hotel/travel/entertainment bookings canceled less than 7 business days before service

Perishable goods or products with short shelf life

Custom-made products

Opened items that can be copied/duplicated (e.g., CDs)

Purchased digital information (as defined by the Israeli Computer Law)
Shipping Policy
